I was so glad I reached out to MTX. I was out of town on vacation for about a week. When I got home and walked in my garage door into my laundry room, the floors were wet throughout the main floor of my house and leaking into the basement. I was devastated. After contacting MTX, they had a crew out to me within a couple hours. Setting up equipment and explaining the process so that I was educated through out the whole experience. The job site manager was wonderful, making sure that my house was cleaned up at the end of every work day, as floors, walls, furniture, rugs and hardwood floors needed to be removed.
