Just finished up another great project today! We were contacted by a customer in need of our mold remediation services. Their basement had a mold issue, which understandably had gotten them pretty worried. Don't worry though, we've got them covered! We used our amazing product, Benefect, to deal with those pesky mold spores. Not only is Benefect effective, but it's also eco-friendly – a win-win if you ask us! To ensure proper air circulation during the remediation process, we also installed layflat ducting. The customer can now breathe easy knowing their basement is mold-free. After a customer noticed some unwelcome mold growth on their master bathroom ceiling, they reached out to us for help. We knew exactly what to do and got to work right away. When a customer of our returned from a business trip at 3:30 am to find that a supply line to her kitchen sink broke and flooded the kitchen and entire basement she immediately called our team of experts for an immediate response. MTX immediately packed out all contents to prevent additional damage. Following removal of contents MTX professionally dried the remaining structural components. The water damaged the basement paneling and kitchen cabinets beyond repair.

The MTX team responded to a Commercial water loss that flooded the lower level units with several inches of standing water. After pumping water out of the area our team utilized extraction equipment to get the water out of the carpet. Drying equipment will be set for the weekend. The carpet will be evaluated and considered for removal and replacement.

A sprinkler line on the 4th floor of the condo, MTX was on site with a full team of mitigation specialists ready to help.
